WHAT IS THE PRICE AND THE DELIVERY PERIOD OF MY ORDER?
Free shipping costs for purchases equal to or greater than € 70 . For orders of lesser amounts, the standard shipping costs of €4.90 in the peninsula apply. The order will be delivered within an approximate period of 2 to 5 working days from the confirmation of the order.

SHIPPING TO THE CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be subject to customs and/or import charges in addition to the amount of the order. Canary Islands (approx.) €29 DUA + 7% IGIC. Ceuta and Melilla (approx.) €18 DUA + 7% clothing / 10% IPSI footwear. Customers will bear the corresponding customs and / or import expenses.
BUY WITH A PROMOTIONAL OR DISCOUNT CODE
If you have a Brevaswimwear promotional code, you can use it before finalizing the order in the "Summary of your purchase". Enter the promotional code and click "Apply discount code". If the discount code is valid, you will see the discount applied in the purchase summary. Promotional codes are not cumulative. In case of return or exchange, the value of the coupon will not be returned. The coupon cannot be exchanged for money.
HOW CAN I MAKE SURE I HAVE MADE MY PURCHASE CORRECTLY?
Once the payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details. Please check your spam/junk folder to see if it ended up there. In case you did not receive it, we recommend that you contact our customer service department via email firstname.lastname@example.org
CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER
The transport company will send an email with the tracking number at the time the purchase is processed. Even so, you will be provided with the tracking code and a link to track your order.
All orders are processed on the same day/day after the date of purchase. If you place your order on a Saturday, the shipment will leave our warehouses first thing Monday morning.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER
If you are not registered in Brevaswimwear, check your email to see if we have sent you an email informing you of your order. If after the delivery deadline you have not received the order, contact customer service via email at email@example.com or this phone number +34 628386023 with your name and surname, order number, date on which the order was placed and we will give you an answer as soon as possible.

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION OR RETURN
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement by e-mail at email@example.com.
You have a model and form if you wish in section B of the annex to this standard https://www.boe.es/diario_boe/txt.php?id=BOE-A-2014-3329 . We will give you an acknowledgment of receipt.
In order for us to approve a return, the items must be in perfect condition, with the exterior and interior labels and keep the original packaging. The return will be in the form of a coupon or, if you do not want it, the money will be returned. Changes or returns of masks are not accepted for hygienic reasons.
If you do not want to return any item, but you want to change the size, you can do it within fifteen days of your purchase and it will not have an additional cost.
RETURN FROM YOUR HOME
Follow the steps below to request a free pick-up at your home:
STEP 1. Write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order number and the reason for the return. When it is approved, a delivery person will pick up the garment and deliver the new one at no additional cost.
If for any reason you prefer to send it on your own, please do so to the indicated address. In this case you will have to pay the return costs, since we do not accept any package postage due.

STEP 2. Prepare your return. Put the items you want to return in a box.
STEP 3. Deliver the package closed and properly packed to the carrier.
STEP 4. Refund: Once we receive your return at our central warehouse, the Customer Service department will contact you to confirm the refund, either coupon or cash.
WRONG OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
The claim for a defective or damaged product due to transport must always be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
The return of the product will be executed unused and with the original packaging.
Once the returned product has been received, Brevaswimwear will proceed to examine it and determine the refund of the amount in your case.
In this case, the term amounts to 15 calendar days and you must contact email@example.com to do so.
